• Review all offers, agent(s) will negotiate the best and highest
• Provide Sellers Disclosure & Claims Report (BINSR & CLUE)
• Review BINSR Post Inspection
• Submit Acceptably or Counter to BINSR
• Facilitate the buyer ordered Appraisal
• Schedule Utilities / Water / Trash / Mail shut off, after Title Transfer date
• Complete buyer’s Final Walkthrough 3-5 days prior to COE
• Sign Docs at Title company & Close
• Turn over the Keys SOLD!
